Add Chicken Chunks

I believe there is no current way to keep a chunk loaded, so having this might be helpful.
It's more strain on servers, but worth it for small private servers IMO, and it could be disabled/limited by public servers.

There's also alternatives to this mod, it's just the one I added to my local instance.
